  • Delivery for self-installation
    1. When you place your order you will be advised of an approximate lead time for delivery. Our delivery team will then confirm a specific day with you within 7 days of delivery. An approximate arrival time will be provided by the delivery team when they are 30 minutes from the delivery location. If you have any questions about your delivery please do not hesitate to contact us on the office number or email shown.
    2. The date of delivery will be in accordance with the lead-time stated on our website at the time of order and as shown on your order confirmation in terms of the number of working days defined as Monday to Friday.
    3. Your order will be delivered to the first point of contact at the front of your property such as your driveway. This must be within 20 metres from the delivery vehicle safely parked at the kerbside. Our delivery team will undertake a risk assessment upon arrival at the property and if they feel there is no clear access as stated above and there is no safe place to offload at the front of the property, then the goods will be left at the kerbside and the customer will need to ensure that goods are moved on from any public highways. We cannot unload to the side of the house, for example an alley through a side gate. Once goods are delivered they become the sole responsibility of the customer.
    4. We will usually deliver using a 7.5 ton HGV flatbed truck which is 8 metres long and 2.6 metres wide. We need an access road capable of taking this size of vehicle, please advise us if there are likely to be any access difficulties. Whilst our delivery team will take reasonable precautions; damage to lawns, flowerbeds driveways on or adjacent to a narrow or difficult access route etc are the responsibility of the customer.
    5. If we try to deliver using our normal vehicle and are unable to do so due to issues that we should have been made aware of such as access restrictions, width of road etc., then the goods will be returned to our factory and an attempted delivery charge will apply of £150.
    6. There must be suitable access to the drop location with no parking restrictions, parking bays, bus stops etc.
    7. A clear route must be available from the delivery vehicle to the front of the property or kerbside to allow our delivery team to offload safely. The route must be at least 1 metre wide and free from any obstructions and with no slip or trip hazards, steep inclines or declines. Enough space must be available to place the goods. Should you be unable to provide adequate space for the goods to be placed with a clear route to the space then the goods will be delivered to the safest kerbside location for onward movement by the customer. We cannot carry goods through a neighbour’s garden or property.
    8. Please ensure someone with authority to accept the goods is available all day on the day of delivery and to move the goods onwards if required. If no one is available when the delivery team arrive they will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes and call the customer to advise. If no-one arrives to accept the delivery we will leave and an attempted delivery charge of £150 will apply. Our delivery staff are instructed not to leave any products that have not been signed for.
    9. Any damaged/broken/missing parts must be noted on the delivery note and returned with the driver, or if the damage is not noted at that time then within 2 days of receipt of delivery and we will endeavour to replace them within a reasonable timeframe.
    10. Our delivery team are not authorised to accept changes to our delivery notes, terms and conditions, or give technical help.
    11. Our delivery team are unable to accept returned packaging due to the nature of the delivery vehicles.
